Before you order we always recommend ordering samples first. Samples are cut swatches of the material, supplied in sizes ranging from approximately 4x4" to 6x6" depending on the product, so you can see the color, finish and natural variation before you commit. Sample orders ship within 2-5 business days.
Material orders: Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. Larger orders may take a little longer, as they need to be packed on a pallet — if that’s the case we’ll be in touch to let you know, and we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as we can.
