Where we ship

Karen Pearse Home ships within the contiguous United States. We aren't able to ship internationally, or to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time. If you're in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands and would like to place an order, email us at kphome@kpgd.com and we'll help arrange shipping and provide a quote.

How we ship

Samples and smaller tile orders ship via economy ground shipping, delivered directly to your door. Larger tile orders and slabs ship via LTL freight — wrapped and delivered by pallet to the curb. Freight orders are curbside only; the driver won't bring your order inside. The carrier will call ahead to schedule a delivery window, and someone 18 or older must be present to sign.

Samples

Samples ship domestically for a flat $6.99. We recommend ordering two- three samples of the same product before placing a full order, so you can see the natural color and texture variation firsthand.

Processing time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. In-stock items typically ship within 3 -7 business days. If a product on your order is sold out at the time of purchase, we'll be in touch by email with an updated lead time. If the timing doesn't work for your project, we're happy to cancel and refund your order.

When your order arrives

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives, and before installation. For freight deliveries, check the pallet before the driver leaves and note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading. Please don't refuse a damaged shipment — accept the delivery, take photos, and email us at kphome@kpgd.com within 48 hours. We'll take it from there.
