Shipping
All INAX JTW products and Limited Stock items are typically in stock and ready to ship. You should expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days. If material is out of stock, you will be notified by email and provided with an updated delivery date.
Additional charges apply for shipping to AK, HI, PR, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. To find out these charges, or if you'd like to receive expedited shipping, please contact customer service by emailing KPHome@kpgd.com.
Charges may also apply to hard-to-reach areas such as military bases and locations only accessible via ferry. These charges will be assessed after your order is processed, and you will be contacted to provide payment for said charges. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment.
All samples and décor accessories ship for FREE within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges will apply to AK, HI, PR, and the U.S. Virgin Islands you will be notified by email to provide payment information before the sample is shipped.
Returns
All sales are final. We are not able to accommodate returns at this time. If there is an issue with your order please contact customer service at kphome@kpgd.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact customer service at kphome@kpgd.com.
